Terms Of Service
CLIENTS AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS
AGE REQUIREMENT: Clients MUST be 18 years or older to commission me.SINGLE-USE: The prices I have listed are for single-use projects only. The commission may NOT be reproduced by the client for monetary gain. Commissions are also NOT permitted to be used in AI generations or crypto.COPYRIGHT: Completed artwork is within the copyright of Possumancer Company. Any artwork created may be used by the artist for advertisements and promotional purposes.COMMUNICATION: When a form is submitted and the artist accepts a clients request an invoice will be sent out. All communication for commissions to new clients will be sent via email. When you commission me (or join my discord server) we are not suddenly friends.DEADLINES: I am disabled and do not work full-time, it may take somewhere from a few weeks to months to finish your commission. Please do not commission me if this is an issue for you. If you would like something done within a week, rush commissions can be requested for a 50% increase to the base commission price.CONFIRMATION: Clients must confirm their commission within 1 week. If confirmation is not received within the time frame, the commission request will be removed.REFUSAL: I reserve the right to reject any commission or cancel and refund if it seems I am not a good fit for the project.YOUR REFERENCES: Commissions will no longer be accepted unless you have a flat colored (NOT SHADED) reference sheet. This is due to an occurrence where clients would want to restart a commissioned art piece for their lack of consistent reference. The reference can be ms paint on a free base, it does not need to be high quality. You have permission to send me references that may also be nude and send as many images of your character as you would like.
COMMISSION PROCESS
ARTISTIC DIRECTION: It should be noted that I mostly work in artistic freedom. Having to work within the confines of a strict idea and setting usually always makes the commission take hours longer than average. To account for that I must ask for extra payment for my work which will be discussed depending on your requirements. Colors are not directly picked from your reference sheet and may look different in different lighting.SKETCH: The client will be sent a sketch for approval. If after the sketch is completed and you want to cancel your commission you must compensate the artist for their time. It will be $70 per hour of sketched work. I do not give updates for every phase in the drawing process. I mostly work in artistic freedom, If you do have something specific you are going for there I can work with you on that but there may be additional charges. Once you confirm a sketch that is what I will be working off of for the rest of the commission. I WILL CHARGE YOU if you want me to change the entire sketch OR want me to alter huge details and chunks of the artwork at the end of the piece because you changed your mind. You will also be added to my blacklist if you give me artistic liberties and then decide you want something entirely different AFTER I already drew the sketch as this proves to me that you didn't read my terms of service.EDITS: If you want something changed please include every detail you want revised in one message. If I send you the revision and you want me to change one more thing, I will. But after the second edit is made I will not make any further edits unless I am compensated. 2 edits total.FINAL DELIVERY: After the sketch is confirmed I will be set to move forward with finishing the commission. You will be sent the full resolution file(s) You may request one edit if I missed markings or colored something incorrectly. Adding an object, changing the pose/expression, clothing etc. will require compensation.POSTING: The artist will be posting the artwork publicly and full resolution files will be posted to patreon. The client can post the art wherever and whenever they would like as long as credit is given and watermarks aren't removed.
PAYMENT
Payment must be received up front, The clients commission will not be started until the artist receives payment. Payment can be done via paypal or stripe.NO REFUNDS ONCE YOUR COMMISSION IS COMPLETE
PAYMENT PLANS
For colored pinups only, payment plans are an option. A non-refundable half of payment will be made up front. The other half will be made at a later date within 2 months (flexible) and work will not continue beyond the sketch until the second half is paid off.
If it becomes obvious at any point that you have not read the terms of service you will be refunded with what you are owed and the commission will be forfeit

Warm-Up headshots do not get wip updates, they are start to finish.When you enter the info you use for payment below, I will send an invoice/request if I accept your commission request.I accept payment plans for full color pinups and please understand that full color pinups will take longer to complete than other commission types.You may request multiple commissions by submitting multiple forms.These are not first come first serve. I will be picking submissions that interest me.
About Me
Hello, I'm Possumancer.
I am a 25 year old self-taught artist in Florida.
I mostly like to draw opossums, alternative and gothic themes. I use desaturated tones because I am autistic and bright colors tend to overstimulate me when working with them for extended periods of time.
Interestingly enough the desaturated look became a big appeal to my art style.
Some of my inspirations include Don Bluth, Jhonen Vasquez and Jim Henson.
I have been in the furry fandom for 15 years and I have been drawing for as long as I can remember. I started selling my artwork full-time as soon as I turned 18. But even before then I was accepting commissions for video game currency, so I have been doing commissions for 12 years.
I am disabled with many ailments, but to name a few: hEDS, ASD, ADHD, MDD, PTSD and POTS.
Due to these factors, strict commission deadlines don't tend to work for me anymore unfortunately. I still try to work fast and communicate with my clients as often as I can. However I can't control when flare-ups happen.
I try to open commissions monthly. You will see posts about it via my social media pages, discord server and telegram channel.
Certain patreon members get early access to commission forms.Thank you for reading and supporting my creations.
Character Permissions
I always have people asking about my characters and their permissions. So here we go.I am okay with people drawing my characters. I love seeing all the fanart people do. Whether its a meme, drawover or serious artwork, I am fine with it.
You also have permission to commission me or anyone else for art of my characters, Just ask!NO GORE PLEASEI have a list of my characters and their reference sheets on my toyhouse
